By using SUUM ("the Service"), operated by Simply Understand U Matter, LLC, you agree to these terms.

The Service

SUUM provides guided wellness content including journeys, reflection cards, life experiences, archives, and community features. SUUM is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or crisis care.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled per our billing policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or post harmful content in community areas. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
